Indicative from
₹200 per sq ft

Typically ₹200–850/sq ft by system and glass. A 2,000 sq ft facade runs ₹4–17 lakh; full towers into crores.

Overview

Structural glazing bonds each glass panel to a concealed aluminium frame using structural silicone, so from the outside you see an uninterrupted sheet of glass with no projecting mullions. The result is the clean, high-value look every Grade-A office and flagship showroom wants.

We handle the full scope - facade engineering and shop drawings, aluminium framework fabrication, toughened or DGU glass supply, and certified site installation with waterproofing and quality checks. Systems are designed for wind load, thermal movement and the local climate.

Typical applications

  • Corporate office towers and IT parks
  • Showrooms and automobile dealerships
  • Hospitals, malls and commercial complexes
  • Hotel and hospitality frontages
  • Multi-storey mixed-use buildings

The glass we build with

We specify glass to the building - for safety, comfort, acoustics and energy performance.

Toughened Glass

Heat-treated to be 4–5- stronger; crumbles into safe granules if broken.

Laminated Glass

Two panes bonded with an interlayer - holds together, adds security & acoustics.

Double-Glazed (DGU)

Two panes with a sealed air gap for superior heat and sound insulation.

Low-E / Reflective

Solar-control coating that cuts heat gain and glare for cooler interiors.

Questions

Structural Glazing: FAQs

How much does structural glazing cost per square foot in Hyderabad?
Structural glazing in Hyderabad is typically quoted from around ₹200 to ₹850 per sq ft, depending on the system (stick, semi-unitized or unitized), glass type (single toughened vs double-glazed units) and aluminium finish. Most mid-market commercial facades land in the ₹200–300/sq ft band.
What is the difference between structural glazing and a curtain wall?
A curtain wall is the overall non-load-bearing facade system; structural glazing is a way of holding the glass within it using structural silicone instead of visible metal caps. Structural glazing gives a flush all-glass look, while captured/pressure-plate curtain walls show slim aluminium lines.
Is structural glazing safe in high wind and heat?
Yes. Systems are engineered for the project's wind load and thermal movement, use structural-grade silicone and toughened or laminated glass, and are installed with proper drainage and waterproofing. We provide design calculations for the facade.
Which areas do you cover for this work?
We deliver new installation site works across Hyderabad, Secunderabad and cities within a 4–5 hour drive across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh - including Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, Vijayawada, Guntur and Kurnool. Repair and maintenance is offered within Hyderabad and Secunderabad only, subject to a site-visit charge.
How long does a structural glazing facade take to install?
It depends on facade area and system: a mid-size commercial facade typically runs a few weeks to a few months from fabrication to handover. Unitized systems install fastest on site because the panels arrive pre-assembled.
Does structural glazing leak?
Not when engineered and installed correctly. Systems use structural and weather silicone, proper gaskets and drainage paths, and are water-tested. Leaks come from poor detailing or workmanship - which is why in-house engineering and certified installation matter.
