Use of this website

• The content on this site is provided for general information about our services.
• You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
• All trademarks, logos, text, graphics and images on this site are the property of Hakimi Aluminium and Glass or their respective owners.

Quotations & pricing

• Any prices, rates or ranges shown on this website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer.
• A firm quotation is provided only after a site survey and in writing, and is valid for the period stated on it.
• Final scope, specification, timelines and price are governed by the written quotation and any work order or agreement signed between us and the client.

Services & service area

• We provide new installation site works across Hyderabad, Secunderabad and cities within a 4–5 hour drive in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
• Repair and maintenance is offered within Hyderabad and Secunderabad only, subject to a site-visit charge that is adjusted against the final invoice.
• Outside the twin cities we take on new installation works only, subject to a minimum project value.

Client responsibilities

Where you engage us, you agree to provide safe and timely site access, accurate requirements, and any approvals needed from building owners or associations. Delays or changes requested by the client may affect timelines and cost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hakimi Aluminium and Glass is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our responsibility for any works is governed by the written quotation and agreement for those works, and any applicable product or workmanship warranties stated therein.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
